পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর জেলার দাসপুর ব্লকের অন্তর্গত কিসমত রাধাকান্তপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের পূর্ব মন্ডলপাড়ায় একটি পঞ্চরত্ন মন্দির আছে। মন্দিরটি একসময় উৎকৃষ্ট টেরাকোটা ফলক দ্বারা সজ্জিত ছিল অনুমান করা যায় বর্তমানে তার প্রায় কিছুই অবশিষ্ট নেই। পঞ্চরত্ন মন্দিরটি জীর্ণ অবস্থায় বিরাজ করছে। অনুমান রঘুনাথ জিউর এই মন্দিরটি উনবিংশ শতাব্দীর শেষভাগে তৈরি হয়েছিল।
There is a Pancharatna temple in Purba Mandalpara of Kismat Radhakantapur Gram Panchayat under Daspur Block of Paschim Medinipur District. The temple was once decorated with exquisite terracotta panels, but almost nothing remains of it now. The Pancharatna Temple is in a dilapidated condition. It is believed that this temple of Raghunath Jiu was built in the late 19th century.
